• WhatsApp Business Account ID;
• WhatsApp Phone Number ID;

• Business profile information;
• Business display name;
• Integration configuration information;
• Account identifiers made available through authorized APIs;

• Information required to maintain an authorized integration.

WhatsApp Messaging Information

Depending on the functionality used by the client, information processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform may include:

• Customer or recipient telephone numbers;
• Customer profile information made available through the service;
• WhatsApp message content;
• Media and attachments contained in messages;
• Message IDs;
• Message timestamps;
• Message delivery statuses;
• Read or delivery events where available;
• Incoming message events;

Access Tokens and Authorization

These credentials are used to provide authorized integration functionality and should not be used for purposes unrelated to the services authorized by the client.

How Meta and WhatsApp Information Is Used

Information obtained through Meta or WhatsApp integrations may be processed to:

• Connect an authorized business account with AADPlus;
• Provide WhatsApp CRM functionality;
• Send messages requested or initiated by an authorized client;
• Receive incoming customer messages;
• Display conversations in the client's CRM or inbox;

AADPlus does not claim ownership of a client's Meta or WhatsApp business information or of customer information supplied by that client.

If you are a customer or WhatsApp recipient of a business using AADPlus and want to exercise rights relating to information controlled by that business, you should normally contact that business directly.

You may also contact AADPlus if you believe your information is processed through our systems. Where appropriate, we may refer the request to the relevant client and provide reasonable assistance in processing the request.

Data Retention

AADPlus retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, subject to contractual, operational, legal, accounting, security, and regulatory requirements.
